Healthy Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 cups flour (wheat if you have it)
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup no sugar added applesauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 eggs beaten (I used egg beaters)
2 mashed overripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla

Directions
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately.  Add wet into the dry (add nuts if desired).  Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour.
