Salsa

6-8 Roma Tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup cilantro, chopped
1 Serrano pepper, finely chopped
Salt, pepper to taste

Chop tomatoes (I cut in half to remove the seeds and pulp first), add other ingredients and blend with an immersion blender until you have the consistency you want.
